I am very happy with their work. BangLUXOR Agency has great taste, and their design was great. We haven’t launched the site yet so I don’t have any metrics at the moment, but so far I am very happy with how the site looks and works.

They are very efficient. They meet every deadline and provide great support and feedback. We didn’t use any project management tools but they provided us with a very detailed schedule that we followed, and we also had occasional meetings.

Their customer service is really good. They care about the work. They’re good designers too. Their explanations were clear, and they were open to any questions to make sure we understood.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They offer extra services to help increase sales. However, not everyone on the team is knowledgeable about this. Some people weren’t even aware they offered these services.

They could be a little bit faster. They told me the work should be done in one month, and right now, it’s taken longer than that. I can afford to wait, but it would be better if they could finish when they say they will.

They created our website using WordPress, too. During development, they handled all the communication with another provider, along with the APIs.

We saw excellent results because they managed to help us market electronically, which is what everyone in our industry is doing now.  Their work helped us still preserve our company’s protocols. Their work was very good to me, so we’ll continue working with them in the future.

They always met the delivery date for both the website and the application. It’s hard to find a company that can meet delivery times, but they did it on both fronts. Their team worked on the administrative and development portion, while I was in charge of the e-commerce needs, but they communicated with us all the time. We held regular meetings.

Their advice throughout the whole process was most impressive. While my company manages everything related to technology, their team helped make it more applicable to the industry. I didn’t have much knowledge about app development, and they gave us advice to provide the best service.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BangLUXOR developed our new website and implemented a CRM into the platform. We liked the front page that they made initially, and that design was replicated on all other pages.

We were in touch mainly with Andrés (CEO). I believe he worked with one other teammate.

We created an RFP on a freelancing platform and received multiple proposals, out of which we liked BangLUXOR’s the most. Andrés sent us a design proposal free of charge.

The project cost around $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with BangLUXOR in mid-March 2020 when the lockdown was starting in Colombia, and the project ended in April or early-May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This is a tricky question, given that we started working on the new site during the pandemic, and events are practically forbidden in Colombia now. As such, there aren’t a lot of people coming to the website. We’ve had a few people contact us, but it’s a difficult time.

However, the CRM system allows us to work better as a company. We’ve linked the site with our social networks, and clients like its design a lot. 

How did BangLUXOR Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t have to communicate excessively, and the relationship was fluid. BangLUXOR made all the changes we asked for within a week. The process was really strong. We talked with Andrés via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The design proposal they sent us was exactly what we wanted. BangLUXOR was amazing in terms of design. They probably based that design on our old website, and they simply did it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could work a little faster.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

It’s important to be open about what you want and make sure you know what that is. Once you ask for it, BangLUXOR will do it.

We hired BangLUXOR Agency to improve the home page of the National Bicycle Forum website, and to support us in the construction of a module through which people would have access to the event's agenda.

What were your goals for this project?

The objectives of the project were to make the home page of our website more attractive, intuitive, organized, and that people could easily access the agenda of the forum activities. Likewise, once people viewed the agenda, they could firstly save and schedule the selected activity in their personal calendars, and secondly enter the link of the specific activity and access it.

We selected BangLUXOR Agency for its background and excellent recommendations from others who had already worked with the agency. It was a high-level recommendation.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we selected BangLUXOR Agency we had 2 previous meetings to detail the process and describe what we wanted to solve and have on our website.

Subsequently, the agency presented us with a proposal of how the home page and other requested details would look, and we immediately gave it approval, since what they exposed us contained absolutely everything we wanted, but above all, within the time required by us.

Once the design and other details were approved, the agency began the process of adjustments and creation, and delivered the project in the agreed time with a high level of quality.

We always talk to the project leader. But we were informed that there was a team of at least 2 people to support the process. Team that was always constantly attentive to our requirements, and that provided solutions immediately
