Mark from Bionic Egg was the person with whom I worked... I know that he has a team behind him, but my interactions were with Mark only.

I am extremely happy. I have high standards and I came in with high expectations. In all respects, Bionic Egg exceeded expectations. The service, the products, the responsiveness, the energy, the artistry... the invincible optimism, good cheer and professionalism were all constant. Excellent product delivered timely, professionally and cheerfully without exception.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. There were no hiccups, misunderstanding or miscues. They quickly understood what we wanted and what we were looking for before we could articulate our requirements. Impressive.

I researched branding companies listed in The Manifest and from that list narrowed my search down to 6 companies based on their merits then contacted each of the 6 companies directly.

Since Flavordent was a startup company, Bionic Egg pretty much did everything from name, logo, trademark filling, web design, branding, messaging, setting up the ecommerce ordering platform.

What was the team composition?

I chose Bionic Egg for several reasons, but I prefer to work with smaller companies. Mark, the owner does much of the projects himself, but has a small group of artists and programmers that he works closely with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Bionic was able to complete all of the branding, messaging, trademarking, and web development tasks that we needed to get the company up and running.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mark is extremely efficient and easy to work with. Since I already have a full time job, starting this company was on my "free time". They were very flexible to work with my limited schedule, and  they helped me stay on task.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There are too many things to list. Working with Mark and Bionic has been not only efficient and productive, but I have completely enjoyed working with him.
