Our branding team initiated the process by sharing visuals and they would blend with our brand messaging. Interestingly, the process for scripting and storyboarding was a swift one. And, we were able to progress through production and render really quickly.

Again, since it was a motion graphics video, they had to work more diligently on the frame rate @ 60 fps. So, we had a few revisions rolling back and forth. The final review process was quick as we only had a few requested changes from our team of creatives.

Our videos have fine-tuned our messaging. We had seen it coming as we already have a solid audience on social. So, drawing more engagement from socials was very plausible.

The project management style was agile. Full marks on communication and timeliness. Though I was a bit uncertain about completion becaz of the revisions. But, I am really glad how it panned out in the end.

What’s super cool is that they are always open to share new insights and give their best to nail the job. They even shared a lot of content for inspiration to aid our creative team for the concept work. And, they went one step further with doing the script and running renders until we were completely satisfied. I guess it’s what you call proactivity and professionalism.

Nothing that we could have wanted more. But for the production process, creation of assets could be wrapped up more quickly. Again, that would be a question of whether or not the artwork is perfect to proceed with.

But, if it is, then the render job can be done with a more relaxed mind, leaving the animators and us with some more time to think and fine-tune our product to perfection.

After the meeting, we decided to hire them. From scripting to editing, took care of everything. The best part is their transparent process which helped us to give them feedback and suggestions on the run time.

It's always possible for any company or organization to have areas for improvement or things they could do differently to better serve their clients and achieve their goals. One thing that could be worth exploring for BuzzFlick is to further expand its service offerings beyond video animation to include other forms of digital content creation, such as graphic design, web development, or social media marketing.

We wanted to create a simple yet engaging 2D educational video that explains to small to big organizations why they should invest in custom-designed security gadgets and how they can be beneficial for them. We discussed this idea among ourselves and then shared it with team BuzzFlick. We asked them to invite all the team members who will be working on our project as our gadgets are quite technical and they need to be familiarized with their core features and functions to pull off this project.

We created a handbook that provides all the necessary information about our products to them. In the beginning, we thought of creating a 5-minute-long video but team Buzz suggested we should go with a 3-minute-long video. We asked them to provide a script so that we can figure out if the video length they are suggesting will work for us or not but it did. The script was so powerful, engaging, and informative. Next up they created a storyboard that represented how our video will look in the end.

After a few tweaks, our project was put into animation. They took approximately 4 weeks to create the final version. Though it was a long time they promised us to deliver quality work so we were okay with it. As promised they delivered our video on time and it was something we didn’t expect at all. It looked so enthralling that we all we gaga over it. From project scoping to delivery, the whole process was pretty smooth and seamless. Well, it’s really to answer this question because they did a phenomenal job but of course, there’s always room for improvement no matter how good anything is. I think they should work on their voice-over options as they don’t have enough people on their team who can speak in different dialects. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.

The 3d production process is complicated as it involves a lot of intricacies. I had my team talk to them on this and inform them that we will require a great level of technical assistance to guide our way to project completion and successful launch. I am grateful that it panned out as we planned.

We thought of a 1-minute explainer, but the final video length was 47 secs. The scriptwriter did an excellent job. And, I didn’t want to prolong the message forcefully. So, we agreed on the less is more tactic for the length of our promo. Next, they had the artists work on the characters and develop assets from scratch. The job took long weeks, but we were not bothered as we had a good enough deadline.

Not surprisingly we had a few revisions in the middle just to fine-tune our assets and storyboards before they finally worked on the render job. I am glad that my team had to do little intervention. And, everything from scripting to storyboarding and the overall video perfectly blended with our branding.

The video production started with the usual briefing, in which we shared our idea and how the script would be laid out. To our surprise, they had picked up on our tone before we had even shared materials from our side and delighted us with the proposal. We were pleased to see how the scriptwriting aligns perfectly with our brand tone and voice.

It went the extra mile to make the video experience even more immersive and impactful for us. Next, they had the storyboard artists work on the visuals. Then they had the animators working on it. Since it was 3d, the rendering and quality testing took most of the time. As always the render phase was the longest. After a couple of revisions going back and forth, we had the final product ready to launch.

We had this idea of a small, one-minute explainer. I am glad that the creative brief was prepared from scratch, having a holistic picture of what we wanted for our product.
