I had the pleasure of working with Christopher and his team at CKI, they're a great web development agency that created a stunning website for my grocery market. From the very start they took the time to understand my business goals and vision for the website. They were easy to communicate with and always responsive to my needs, which made the entire process very easy for me and my husband. 

The website was beautiful and he helped set up our business profiles on social media. They also created marketing flyers and business cards for me, which helped me to attract new customers. The quality of their work was fantastic, and I received many compliments on the design and effectiveness of the marketing materials from my husband and other friends in business. 

I recommend Christopher to anyone looking for a web development agency that truly cares about their clients' success, for the quality, and speed. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and creativity make them stand out from the crowd. They're also very fast at answering our concerns. Key deliverables:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. We didn't have a website, they helped us create one from scratch, buy the website name, host everything and design it.
2. Our google my business page wasn't doing well. He optimized it with SEO as well and tailored it to our target audience. It increased our impressions by triple.
3. He created new marketing materials and advised us to locally go door to door to deliver out flyers and business cards. This helped us bring in more people and averaged 10 more sales per day at this time.
4. We had no social media, and they linked all our online profiles together and gave us an easy strategy to manage it all. They set up all our social media pages and gave us content ideas to upload.

We spoke with Chris and his team over iMessage, phone call, and in person meetings. He always answered us in a short period of time. He communicated all of his team's progress to us and we were kept up to date on it all. Everything was delivered before the deadlines and in really good quality. They're not hosting our website and maintaining that - at this time we're managing our social media profiles. He also gave us 1 month of free maintenance after the delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They answer fast and communicate very well. It made us really at ease knowing how response Chris was. The website itself looked amazing and he delivered on the results and promises he made us. Which in our experience isn't very common at all.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CKI - Christopher Karam Inc could have done differently?

Not really. When we wanted styles or elements changed they would respond in less than half an hour and get that change done shortly afterwards. They have been always available to us to update or change anything.
