Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We collaborated with Decision Crew to design and deliver a Power BI training program for our market intelligence and commercial excellence community in 20+ markets. This critical initiative was aimed to upskill our teams and prepare them for future challenges.

Our goal was to create a customized training program based on real-world data to calculate and visualize day-to-day business KPIs. This would help us promote data-driven decision-making at scale across all CBUs.

Given that most of our team members had limited experience with Power BI, we focused on developing skills in data preparation, data modeling, DAX coding, visualization, and effective storytelling. This would enable our teams to build intuitive and user-friendly dashboards from scratch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Training was effectivelly delivered to teams in 20+ markets.
• 150+ participants trainined through the program.
• Participant NPS >70 and satisfaction score 8.6
• Mutiple request received from markets for addtional batches post first season. We conduct 3 times the number of batches that we initially planned.

The team was efficient in project management, communication, and delivery, and they continued to support participants even after the training program concluded.

What challenge were you trying to address with Decision Crew?

We needed a dashboard to gather insights into how our classes were performing. We wanted to track KPIs and use that data to make better decisions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Decision Crew built a dashboard that provided class insight data, including performance by hour, style, and more. The dashboard allowed us to filter data and access real-time information. It was connected to our student management system and class schedule.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two people from Decision Crew, and there may have been someone else behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with Decision Crew?

We found them through an online search by a colleague. We chose Decision Crew because they seemed knowledgeable and skilled. They were also very kind, and we felt a strong connection.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March to November 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything was amazing, and the dashboard worked really well. We could get all our KPIs and insights quickly. We could build any kind of report and track the best-performing style, time, and studio. We could also track revenue per class, per day, and per studio.

The dashboard made our life so much easier, and we could be much quicker with decision-making. For example, we added classes during certain times and changed styles.

How did Decision Crew perform from a project management standpoint?

Decision Crew’s project management was wonderful. They were easy to talk to, super helpful, quick, kind, understanding, and skilled. They built something amazing. They communicated via Zoom and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?
