I searched online for options. I considered an interviewed a few including other agencies and individual developers offering their services on gig platforms/marketplaces. I was pleased with my initial interaction and interview of Dev Technosys, i also searched for reviews online that helped me make the final decision to go with then

The scope included delivery of an interactive webapp with 3 user types: Admin, customers and vendors. A seperate mobile application (Android and IOS) for delivery drivers The web app has both a marketplace and a social media platform for consumers to be inspired and also be able to get all they need to create their hairstyle and beauty inspirations delivered.

We had several initial scoping calls from which a detailed SRS and project scope documents were created. Additionally a milestone and timeline document was created. These activities were repeated everytime I had changes in the scope and requirements. The many pivots were well received and accounted for.

I worked with a series of people over the years including the CEO, Business analyst, Project managers, System analyst and occasionally the developers were present on calls. The majority of my direct interactions was with the Business analyst and project manager.

5. IOS mobile app is currently being finalized and shared The deliverables were high quality and met expectations.

They thought of and considered important factors that I had not even communicated or thought of myself. They were receptive to feedback and promptly worked to make corrections and fixes

They had an internal project management tool but had an external milestone and timeline document I had access to to track what was being done and when. Developers attended calls as needed. Communications were primarily through emails and occasional calls

They were very patient with me. They were very open to feedback and receptive of multiple pivots and redirection. They took responsibility for and promptly attended to defects. They communicated well and followed up appropriately.

Overall they did well. Some things were lost in translation and communication on a few occasions but that’s not unexpected, it mattered that they properly handled them and fixed any defects

They used JIRA for Project management and we used to communicate through phone calls and emails. Their Communication was up to mark and never lagged anywhere.

Their mobile development skills are excellent and I am impressed with their responsiveness. If I had an issue, they would immediately respond with an effort to repair the element that needed to be addressed. Their support is very reliable.

Nothing thus far. This has been a very easy-going project till now and we are going to live our application soon.

Currently our website is live and we already getting traffic over it, soon we live our application as well, very excited to launch it as it looks like a perfect application for the user. They also helped us develop the branding and logo for the company and a distinctive UI.

We met in a weekly meeting, and more often when necessary. The complete team thus far has been very easy to communicate with, using a variety of communication tools, Zoom when calls/meetings are needed to clarify more concepts.

Dev Technosys has shown the ability to quickly adapt to an existing project's code. their design skills are absolutely top-notch. They are strong app developers who know how to get the job done.

Our project is still going on. However, our website is immersive with lots of moving parts and we had 18 functionality issues to fix which dev technosys team fixes, plus bug clean up. After getting new website we are already witnessed growth in visitor presence, website speed is very good so people remains more on website to see multiple things.

We have meetings twice a week. When needed our project manager changes the style of the meeting to more of a workshop. They adjust to meet your needs when it comes to project management. When we connect with whole team Someday we had a meeting over a zoom call.

I have already recommended the company to one of our partners since I really enjoyed their agile workflow and their open and positive communication. If we have an immediate issue they respond immediately. Dev Technosys has treated our business as if it is an extension of their own. They truly operate in a manner that is if you succeed then so do they.

The application increased the speed of receiving data by 2 times. Data loss was reduced by 10%. The percentage of errors in the documentation and filling in the data fell highly. Very high response rate. Our customers have seen significant increases in efficiency.
