In just the initial months post launch, the client saw their engagement rates go up by 70%. They managed to acquire the first 1000 sellers in just 90 days. Foreignerds team had successfully also improved the load time of the site from 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds and consistently performed to provide our team with superior quality work and outcomes.

The vendor team’s style of managing the project was good – I was able to reach out to my points of contact at any time. We communicate via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, and we use the Jira tool to keep a close track of the project.

The team is responsive to the issues and always equipped with suggestions for improvements — The vendor helped us out when we needed it the most. There would always be an excellent collaboration because the developer accommodated when we required a change with any project related aspects.

All the team members were very flexible and adapted to our processes and tools quite quickly. The team knows what they are doing, they will put in their best throughout the project cycle (which is the best part), and they are all super friendly, reliable, responsive individuals.

We felt a frequent shuffling of resources, might be due to our altering requirements. Not sure if the vendor can improve that, especially when they had to accomodate us always.

During this time, we created a wireframe for the app to give us a visual representation of how the app would look.

With NetSuite’s latest functioning capabilities, our business was able to move the processing time for orders from 4 days to one day, and in this process, we were able to significantly reduce our full-time staffing count from four to two. From the point of view of business growth, we had grown by about 60%. Even though our work force was making 60% more sales, we wanted to have an advantage of utilizing the NetSuite technology, in order to prevent hiring more staff.
