RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our project with Fox Tale Agency showed clear improvement in our online performance. Product listings became more visible and started ranking higher in search results. The PPC campaigns brought more traffic to the store and helped increase product sales. The conversion rate also improved as more visitors started making purchases. Overall, the project helped us grow our online presence and improve sales performance.

Specifically, organic product rankings increased by around 40%, which helped bring more free traffic from search results. The click-through rate (CTR) improved by approximately 25% due to better titles, keywords, and images.

In PPC campaigns, the average cost per click (CPC) was reduced by about 18%, while the conversion rate improved by nearly 20%. Overall ad sales increased by around 35%, showing better performance and more efficient ad spending.

Moreover, the improvements were more noticeable in certain products and categories rather than the entire store. Products with higher demand and better-optimized keywords saw the biggest growth in rankings, traffic, and sales. Some low-performing listings also improved after optimization, but the strongest results came from the main product categories where PPC campaigns were focused.

Are there any areas they could improve?

More detailed weekly reporting would have made it easier to track progress in real-time. They could also have tested more variations in PPC ads to find winning strategies faster. In some cases, faster communication during small changes would have helped speed up decisions. However, these were minor points and didn’t affect the overall success of the project.
