We can look at the company, locations, category, individual teams, and much more. They did a fabulous job. Our goal was to develop a management tool for monitoring businesses remotely.

Since we are leading business consultants much of our processes were on Excel. They made our excel in a web-based business solution. We know what actions are needed if any by key performance numbers if not on a budget in real-time. They exceeded our goals for development. Vishal was great to work with throughout the entire project.

We searched online for business development software companies. There are so many to choose from. We went through and made a list of our top ten and interviewed each with a thorough list of questions to understand their people, operation, production, and processes.

They break down each cluster of the project. Tasks required for each and by who, Then did wireframes, images, user workflow, and got all that right. Then they went into production. We had weekly quality checks every Tuesday am to make sure we were happy with the development stages.

They are focused on 100% customer satisfaction! The team started on time as agreed The project was completed before the projected finish date. Cost were managed and brought in on budget. All the front work and investigating the different agencies paid off. We are 100% Satisfied with Future Profilez India Pvt. Ltd and would highly recommend talking with Vishal on any software development projects.

Their management style is all work is overseen and goes through the owner. Nothing was ever lost in the communications. We used Skype for weekly meetings and email for current updates and reviews. They finished the project before the promised time and in budget!

All managers and the owners commitment to my 100% Satisfaction with all their work from beginning strategy to testing the finished product. We were so impressed we have continued developing the software and keep making it a better user experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their SAAS Management System and processes for development are so good, I am having trouble finding an area of improvement for them. I would highly recommend Vishal, Future Profilez India Pvt. Ltd.’s work. You will not have any regrets and be 100% satisfied!

We hired them to design and develop our website. I did a little bit of graphic design and provided them with a mockup, and they improved upon it and went from there.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main thing we wanted our site to do was to get our customers to enter their information. This was so we could run their credit to qualify them for a variety of different programs.

We wanted one universal portal to simplify this process and save us tons of time. It’s a simple portal where they securely enter their information like their Social Security number and date of birth without having to talk to a sales rep.

They worked on the front- and back end. They built features that allow our team to update a customer’s profile, allowing the customer to log in to our site and see where they are in the process of solar installation. That feature also saves time.

I actually found them through another company that I worked with from Upwork. We wanted someone from abroad who we didn’t have communication issues with. They were great at communication, so we kept working with them throughout the web development process.

While I don’t have quantitative feedback, the new site definitely cuts back on customers lost when they need to enter their information. The number of customers who stop when they have to enter their information likely halved. Future Profilez India Pvt. Ltd. runs smoothly, and we’ve had no problems with them.

Everything went well with them. They were incredibly communicative and responsive. We mostly talked over email, sometimes WhatsApp, and I had no issues.

There are always going to be some issues, and our portal was more complicated than we initially thought. Rather than haggling for more money like most companies would, they were transparent and said it would take longer than expected.

They didn’t take advantage of the situation, rather they were honest. I don’t know how they solved the problem, but they did, which showed their technical knowledge.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had superb English skills, which helped ensure smooth communication throughout the entire process

The project is coming to a close but the impact should see our admin related work reduce by an estimated 80%. Meaning our focus will be on marketing and growth accordingly. the forecast is that our turnover should increase by 200% by the end of 2020.

The scope had been discussed and a formal quote provided prior to the commencement of the project. Similarly anything outside the scope was discussed and quoted on prior to moving forward. Thus we were able to manage the budget and progress very effectively.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their flexibility in accommodating the scope creep stands out to us. The communication was second to none and proactive approach of the team was very helpful when it came time for a critical decision be made (accommodating scope creep) as different ideas emerged from the trends in the web space.

User interface and site-experience has enhanced for sure. With our new design layouts and backend changes, it became easier for our customers to engage with us, and for us to manage our site elements.

We communicated mostly through email and then conversed via Google Hangouts, Phone as well as Whatsapp. The project manager at Future Profilez was always just one call away whenever I needed them to resolve a query or wanted some alterations to my site.

They have a really talented team of developers. They have always been able to efficiently deliver the final project well outside of our high traffic hours. As a result, it didn’t affect our pre-existing customers or sales numbers in any way.

I wish the company’s head office was established in the UK due to the time difference. But that is just a minor inconvenience since they take cater for you easily.

I assign them tasks through Asana, and they are able to check those off as they go. Up to this point, no matter how complicated the development task is, they have always completed it. I am very satisfied with their development skills and their ability to follow through on their promises.

They work very efficiently. We started out communicating through Word documents but have been able to drastically increase our speed and communication by switching to Asana. The whole process is much more organized. There’s still some back and forth around specifications, but that’s normal in software development.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are extremely trustworthy and reasonably priced, but beyond that, they really care about solving your problem. I have worked with other companies and this is not always the case, so their proactivity and commitment to the final solution are very impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Occasionally a task will take a little bit longer than it should because it has been assigned to a more junior developer. If I ask them to accelerate anything, they always get it finished immediately, so it has never been a very big problem.

Have a clear communication system. I cannot emphasize enough how much our organization through Asana has benefited this project.

They built a very specific website, which has easy navigation. Users can easily schedule repairs with the garages we partner with. Future Profilez also built critical components in the backend to log various car services. As we're just starting the company, they created something compact.

They built the admin panel in WordPress, and we can log or change prices, and we can upload files for unique services through a few simple steps. There are very few companies in our industry that list comprehensive lists of prices and services per make and model, so Future Profilez helped us build a smaller database that makes us more independent in the field.

The custom Shopify app developed by their team accurately calculated the total cart value and the number of installments based on the selected payment frequency, whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Additionally, they integrated an e-signature panel on the checkout form, which added an extra layer of security and convenience.

The implemented pre-order booking functionality with manual EMI calculations greatly improved the customer experience and increased sales.
