We provide SaaS solution for our customers in the Supply Chain Execution area and we develop a web application which includes all the functionality in the Supply Chain Execution using Angular, Spring-boot and MongoDB as database. SOW includes feature development using above technologies and we capture and finalize requirements for each sprint based on our research and customer requirements. We work in agile methodology. 

The deliverables are creating bug free feature based on the requirements provided. The team works in Angular and provide the appropriate UI based on mockups, APIs provided, requirements discussed.

• Timeline: Team is able to meet the timeline, even for our urgent requirements.

Team is extremely engaged in the project. Team understood the project deeply and hence the requirements. Sometimes the requirements are vague but they asked questions by themselves to understand the work and delivered the work as expected and on time. They worked hand in hand with me. I worked directly with team and here is the process 

1.  Assign a task to team in our project management tool - wrike and also either provide mockups or wireframes. Sometime when the change is minor, no mockups or wireframes are provided but described in the task 
2. Team starts reviewing the requirements and came back with questions. Also team started parallely working on task on the areas that are clear to them. 
3. Team worked on the task and submitted the merge request when the task is completed. 
4. I tested the task and for any bugs or missing implementation, reverted to the team.
5. Code review was done accordingly by appropriate person and the task is released.

They understand our needs and provide good talent. Being a startup company, we cannot afford to have mediocre resources and I Can Infotech understood our needs and scouted for best talent with patience and provided us the resources we need who can work in our pace and culture.

Regarding the resources they provided, we are very happy. It took a bit of time but it is understandable because of the market situation.

1. We were able to successfully launch our app in KSA within 6 months of the inception of the idea.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Surprisingly this is one area where they have excelled the most, unlike other companies where the communication gap is the biggest challenge. Our communication was all based on Asana & Trello, with important on-call discussions using Google Meet. Think about a red flag and the entire team was either on a group Whatsapp call or Google meet. We sparingly used emails except to receive our monthly bills ;)

To be honest, there is hardly anything where we saw a great opportunity for improvement, but if we were to suggest them to open an office in Kuwait, which would enable their clients to have an in-person experience during product development.
