IT WAVES provided us with two UI/UX designers who contribute to our ongoing design projects. We initially collaborated with Michelle, the UX Lead, who went through a brief onboarding process to familiarize herself with our systems and design needs. Once onboarded, she began working on product design requests, primarily utilizing Figma.

With the addition of two dedicated designers from IT WAVES, our design workflow has become significantly faster, and the overall quality of our designs has improved.

The scope of the project included a full redesign of our website, incorporating new, high-quality graphics, updated content, and enhanced functionality. IT WAVES implemented a new content management system (CMS), making it much easier for our internal team to manage the site on an ongoing basis. Their key deliverables were a visually appealing and user-friendly website that featured improved search functionality, a mobile-responsive design, and a more efficient, streamlined checkout process for inquiries and transactions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were outstanding. We saw a marked increase in website traffic and user engagement following the relaunch, along with significant improvements in the overall user experience. Most notably, the enhanced checkout process led to an increase in online inquiries and sales, directly benefiting our business.
