What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 LanternSol delivered a B2B platform integrated into our existing site. The team also fixed our geolocation issue and delivered a good website design. LanternSol always found the right solution, whether through custom coding or by identifying the perfect Shopify app. Every recommendation was thoughtful and tailored to our needs, ensuring we could still manage and update our Shopify store without becoming over-reliant on them. Looking at our website, you’d think we had an in-house team, but in reality, it was LanternSol’s three-person team that made it happen. From the design stage to web development, their designer and developer consistently delivered on every idea and request I had, a true testament to their skill and expertise.

They really helped me take my website to the next level and quickly developed what I needed. They also made the whole process easy and explained everything to me so I could continue to keep the same process going.
We communicate about what I needed they quoted me a price, sent an invoice and immediately got started on the project. The turn around time was super fast. They after help me understand what they did and how to implement the modification. Then my client requested more work. The process was super easy to hire them again and the process was the same.

They were able to complete the job with relatively little information. They got access to our website back end, found the root cause, and fixed it with minimal support / supplemental info.

The ONE thing I wish had been different is that I would have liked to have gotten a timeline from them. This was a very short project (1 week), but after granting admin access, I would have liked them to tell me what their approach would be and how long they thought it would take, or when I could expect to hear from them. Instead, I granted admin access and, five business days later, I got an email telling me the project was done.

The change from a floating menu to a burger menu based on our needs and one example. The menu works just fine, looks better than the previous menu and is more convenient for our customers.
