We haven't worked with other agencies in the past so we were weary and unsure how this would turn out but our Account Manager's expertise and knowledge were instrumental in the success of our project. Their guidance and recommendations played a vital role not only in the success of our campaign but making us comfortable with allocating budget toward SEO. 

They made sure we understood the reasoning behind their strategies and how each decision would impact our website's performance. Their ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms helped us make informed decisions and collaborate effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LinkGraph could have done differently?

We once had an issue where our Account Manager was out sick and we weren't able to get in touch with them right away, but we messaged through the chat box on the website- we were actually really impressed with how quickly someone called us. Otherwise, we have been very happy with LinkGraph and will definitely continue working with them!
