Our Story

There's no team here, and that's the point. In most projects, strategy, design and development pass through three different people, and something gets lost at every handoff. I keep all three in the same head. The person who understood your business is the same one writing the code, so nothing gets translated twice. Fewer clients at a time, but each one gets the whole picture instead of a piece of it.

Most of my time goes into understanding the business and deciding what matters, long before anything gets designed. That part isn't visible in the final result, but it's why my projects rarely need rebuilding a year later.

Most of my work comes from companies I've worked with for years. A website isn't a delivered file — it keeps changing as the business does, and I'm there for that part too.

Directly. You talk to me, not to an account manager relaying messages. Projects usually start with a conversation about the business — what you do, who you sell to, what isn't working. From there I put together the structure and we review it before any design happens, because that's the point where changes are cheap. During the project I share progress as it happens rather than disappearing for three weeks and returning with a finished screen. You see it evolving and can redirect early. I work in English and Spanish, and I'm in the European timezone, which usually means same-day answers. After launch, most clients keep working with me. Some on a monthly basis, others when something comes up. Either way, you're not starting over with someone new every time.

First conversation. A call to understand the business, the situation and what you actually need. Sometimes what you need isn't what you came asking for, and it's better to find that out before anyone signs anything. Proposal. A written scope with what's included, what it costs and how long it takes. No hidden phases, no surprises halfway through. If we're not a good fit, I say so here rather than taking the project anyway. Discovery. Once we start, I go deeper: your business, your competitors, what needs to be communicated and to whom. This is where the important decisions get made, and where I ask most of my questions. Structure before design. I map the information architecture and content structure, and we review it together. Changing things at this stage costs nothing; changing them later costs a lot. Then we build. Design and development, with progress shared as it goes rather than one big reveal at the end. Onboarding takes as long as the project needs, but the first two steps are usually a week. I don't require long forms or lengthy questionnaires — I'd rather have one good conversation.

I'm looking for projects where the business is more interesting than the brief. Industrial, technical and B2B companies — manufacturers, laboratories, engineering firms, technical service providers. Companies whose work is genuinely complex and badly explained online. This is where I do my best work. Full redesigns, not patches. Projects where there's room to rethink the structure, not just refresh the visuals of something that was already wrong underneath. Long-term relationships. I'm more interested in companies planning to grow their site over years than in a one-off delivery. Most of my current clients started with one project and stayed. Agency partnerships. I also work as a white-label partner for agencies that need design and Webflow development for demanding projects, with the agency keeping the client relationship. I'm not the right fit for template-based sites, quick low-budget builds, or projects where the design is already decided and someone just needs it implemented.

Two to four active projects at a time, plus ongoing maintenance for previous clients. Keeping the number low is a deliberate choice — it's what allows me to be genuinely involved in each project instead of managing several at a distance.

Yes. Working from Spain, all projects comply with GDPR and Spanish regulations (LSSI-CE). Every site I build includes proper cookie consent management, privacy and legal notices, and data handling that meets European requirements. I also work with EU-based hosting and services where data protection matters. On accessibility, I build to WCAG 2.1 AA as a minimum: semantic markup, keyboard navigation, colour contrast and proper alternative text. It's part of how I build, not an add-on at the end. For projects with specific regulatory requirements beyond GDPR, I work with the client's legal advisors to make sure the implementation matches what their sector demands.
