Due to their people, the tools we’re using, and the methods we’re following, we have an incredibly low number of bugs when we do a release a feature or a product part. They deliver exactly what we require, on time.

We have our own product management and CTO, and Mass Software does a good job of working with them. We use everything from Jira to Slack and many others. The communication is also good.

They deliver on time and, in my experience, that’s not common for an overseas firm.

It’s important to have a clear understanding of the process of development, the tools required, and the people needed to make it work. Work out the specification on your side as much as possible and be clear about what you want to have. Don’t expect them to know what you’re thinking in your head. You need to understand the culture of the vendor.

The project turned out precisely according to the brief they received. The application is seamless across multiple devices and provides a consistent user experience. It also has a few essential features: automatic login, seamless checkout, built-in data Security, exceptional UX, etc. Overall, this is a great application. We got what we had in mind. I can't tell you how glad we are to have chosen them.

The project manager assigned to us was courteous and friendly. He was always there whenever we needed him: even during holidays. He ensured the project execution was flawless and everything went as planned. As far as tools are concerned, we mostly used Slack and Jira for centralized communication.

We greatly appreciated their deep understanding of the application under development. The team was technically competent and even suggested changes at certain places, improving the system. We also appreciate their honesty — they didn’t make false promises and ensured they adhered to their commitment. We were aware of the status at every stage, which helped us time the marketing strategy well.
