We were preparing to launch a new product and wanted a video that would do more than look good. The goal was to showcase the product's functions in a dynamic, visual way so people could instantly get it without a long explanation. We wanted a GoPro or DJI-style storytelling video that would excite viewers. Orbis delivered!

Orbis produced a product hype video and an interview video that paired with it for Kickstarter. They have a team that covers every aspect of the video creation process, from start to finish.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Orbis production captured the vision we were after and delivered a video that has the entire team excited. We haven't made the video public yet, but we're launching it in February 2026 and are sure people will love it.

Orbis's project management was solid. Even though the project ran through the holidays, they stayed on top of timelines. We had a small hiccup over Christmas when a message got missed, but they corrected it, and everything ran on time thereafter. I mean no one to blame, we were all enjoying family holiday time! We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and Slack. Have yet to work with a team that better communicates than them about project management.

Orbis Production was genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. They were friendly, patient, and kind but also hardworking and organized. They were the kind of crew we immediately trusted, and anyone would be happy to have on their team. 
Their communication was also a highlight. They are very easy to reach and always willing to hop on a call to talk things through. Same with their project managers. Slack, text, phone, virtual meetings, they were down for anything, any time. There were no weird delays or chasing people down, just clear conversations that made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

There's nothing I can think of Orbis production could have done better.

First, a storyboard for the video was developed, reviewed, changed again several times until we had a good and tellable story. Then a sketchboard was developed, choosing style and illustrations.

Then the video was developed, music and speakers were chosen and then everything was put together and underwent another review process with several changes, until the final product, the video, was ready.

During production, they handled filming, lighting, audio, and on-set coordination.
Afterward, they delivered a polished suite of assets including a brand video, product explainers, several short digital ads, and a set of professional photos we now use across our marketing channels.

The new content immediately elevated our online presence. Our engagement on social media increased, and our sales team reported that prospects were responding better to our product demos after seeing the brand video. It also helped us build more trust with enterprise clients.
