We had a kick-off meeting, where we discussed specific goals and concepts for the website. Then we shared all the necessary information and got our mockups done within a couple of days. After approvals, the website and all the functionality were built on our website using the Elementor builder.

We work directly with the main developer and owner of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website definitely looks and works much better. We are already getting more leads than before.

The communication was very easy and prompt. We used both Email and Slack. Things were happening very quickly, and we never had issues with delayed responses or anything like that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personalized approach. Everything was very hands-on. The management of the whole process was at a high level.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing they could have done differently everything was good. Maybe in the future, they can add SEO optimization or content writing, making it even easier for clients to get a good website quickly.

The website I'd had was built when I first started my business 7 years so it was time for a brand new design and more user friendliness. I wanted users to be able to clearly see exactly what was available for them. I wanted my website to be SUPER clear and easy to navigate.

My husband had actually just recently worked with him to help with a few bits on his website. And he raved about his responsiveness (which can sometimes be lacking with web agencies).

We had a kick off meeting to start off and he took a very consultative approach which I really liked. He sent through a thorough questionnaire which really showed how much he cared about what I wanted. He really got into the details and I felt as if he was almost more of a strategic business partner rather than just someone who I'd hired.

After the meeting and questionnaire, he set off to work on building the home page, course sales pages, about me page, and email subscriber widgets. He also added plugins that were needed. He sent through a webpage to check in and see if what he was doing was what I wanted. He did this multiple times which I liked because it meant I could add anything or ask for changes as we moved forward.

We got onto another meeting and I spoke to him then about the backend. He asked great questions and really helped me decide on the right plugin that would serve my needs. Again, I felt like he treated my work and my business as if it was his own. Very thorough and detail-oriented. He followed up with me each time over message as well to check in to see if I need anything else.

All throughout, he also sent through messages saying that he remained available. This made me feel like he was available and responsive. He made me feel like I was his only client - that's how thorough he was. I told him I had asked a copywriter to add all the copy and it would end up taking another 1-2 months. He was so kind and understanding about this and happily continued to do the work on the back end.

He then patiently waited for me to send him the new copy and organised another call to make sure I had it exactly the way I wanted it. From start to finish, Resim was meticulous, thorough, strategic, and responsive. So easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to my friends. I even added a project on (a new hardback vegan leather journal shop on my website) that I paid for because he was so good and I was excited to work with him again.

I've had two sales of journals from the online shop we created on my website. I've also had someone tell me they loved the new look of the site.

He uses calls well in that he's focused and always has notes ahead of time. He never wastes my time. He has specific questions and gets to it right away. He's also incredibly gentle and has a very friendly approach which made me feel comfortable.

He is very responsive over message and responds the same day! He always had so much space and available for meeting times which made it SO easy for me to arrange with my own schedule. He's always on time to meetings. And he followed the deadlines to a T with regards to the website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The mixture of strategy, consulting, and web design was astounding. Usually, you only get one - with this company - I had all three. Also, I was really blown away by how kind Resim was. It made me feel so comfortable which is so important when you work on long-term projects like this.

I find it means I end up with the outcome I wanted because I feel safe/comfortable sharing my requirements and being clear about what I actually want for my business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I couldn't fault the company at all. It was honestly mind-blowing service. I will work with him again. I would happily recommend this business to anyone. Fantastic company.

I interviewed four hospitality marketing companies before deciding to work with Outstand Online. I liked their fresh and creative approach to web design for both our mobile and on-line site. Their pricing was excellent. Their SEO knowledge and professional, friendly team sealed the deal.

I prepared an outline for page development and a rough layout, and received a few design layouts within a week. From there I started providing copy and photos and the website build behind the scenes began. We worked on one section at a time until it was complete. It was great fun to see the pages come to life!

I worked exclusively with one project manager.

I am already seeing in increase in direct bookings as a result of the new mobile friendly website.

We met weekly via zoom to review the project status and this kept us on task. I provided updates and edits throughout that were always addressed immediately. The time difference was a non issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very knowledgeable, creative, and fun to work with. I felt like my project was in very good hands at all times and I was not disappointed.

I honestly can't think of anything. Overall it was a great experience to work with them.

We started working together in March–October 2020, and I’m still using them to help with changes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work has been good. If I’ve not liked something, they would try and adapt and work around what my expectations and desires were. If I’m not direct with my vision, it makes the process a little more challenging, but they’ve always gone above and beyond to find the perfect solution. All the different features they implemented on the website, have made it more accessible and easy for people to do things themselves rather than asking me directly — it’s user-friendly.

How did Outstand Online perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email, Upwork, and sometimes Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I had confidence that whatever I wanted, they’d find a solution. Even if it can’t be done, they’d figure a way around it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes it’s easier to pick up the phone and have a discussion rather than always emailing it. That’s the only thing I would have changed, but it’s not their fault. It’s just because I’m in the UK and they’re in the U.S.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’m still using them and I’m confident in the service they provide. I would recommend them to a friend or a colleague who may need a similar service.
