I am a consultant with evcValuation LLC, a valuation firm focused on providing independent, unbiased appraisals of complex properties for various purposes.

For what projects/services did your company hire Powerful IT Systems?

Our company was looking for a new IT service provider and hired Powerful IT Systems to proactively manage our systems and infrastructure including network, laptops, applications, and security. We were also looking for someone to be able to quickly troubleshoot potential issues as they arise.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for IT service providers in our area. Nazar was recommended to us by a former colleague. After meeting with him and going over his proposal, we decided Powerful IT Systems was the right fit for our company.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

Our IT management package with Powerful IT Systems provides support for Microsoft 365 day to day issues, support for laptop/desktop computers and other IT hardware, remote support for 5-15 minute response time, security and antivirus solutions and training, Windows OS, and 3rd Party Application Patching, and answering technical questions.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The Owner and CTO is our main point of contact and service provider.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All of our computers and network equipment have been kept in good working order. We have not had any security threats or issues.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During our initial transition from our old provider to Powerful IT Systems, Nazar was in our office daily, going over our system, resolving current issues, and getting set up with him. Now that we are settled in, we submit tickets for any issues and we typically get a response within 15 minutes during business hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nazar is very dedicated to his work and passionate about what he does. That shows when assisting us with our everyday IT needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None at this time.
