I checked a few sites like upwork and interviewed a few candidates before going with Protonshub.

One engineer just jumped right in. He works full-time and has a regular daily standup meeting with me.

I work with one developer regularly, he is full-stack and also does ops.

We were able to get the machine learning model deployed to production and builed out a lot of features.
