Our process begins with design in Figma. We start by focusing on content strategy optimized for SEO, followed by designing for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile before we begin building your store in Shopify.

From there, we develop a custom theme that is easier to manage than a pre-made template and is specifically tailored to our components and style guide. This approach also lays a solid foundation for future A/B testing.

We work with clients who operate multiple stores globally or have complex builds on Shopify Plus, sometimes providing daily support for 6-8 hours to ensure that marketing and headquarters teams have their ideas executed on time.
