The scope included regression testing across key pages after changes, targeted performance testing (load speed, responsiveness, and stability checks), and verification of both unit testing and integration testing coverage/approach for the components and integrations used on the site.

Key deliverables included a structured QA audit report, a prioritized defect and improvement backlog with clear reproduction steps, regression checklists for repeatable releases, automation-ready test scenarios, and practical recommendations to strengthen our internal QA process and prevent recurring issues.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We ended up with a prioritized backlog of issues and fixes, which let us close the highest-impact problems first and noticeably reduce repeat defects after new updates. On top of that, SoftButler pointed out one workflow gap that was triggering multiple recurring bugs; once we adjusted that step and added a lightweight regression checklist/quality gate, releases became more predictable and the number of “same bug again” incidents dropped
