I'm the co-founder and CEO of a company that manages talent in the fashion industry and supports professionals in having a successful career and having business in the fashion industry. We work with models, designers, and creative directors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Spaceberry Studio?

We needed to build an internal network to manage our different clients' processes since we work with talents from different places, including Asia, Ukraine, Europe, and the UK. We wanted to create a platform for internal communication and collaboration to change our previous processes using third-party products like Notion and Google Drive. We wanted to develop a platform that was easy to use.

We had detailed discussions, and Spaceberry Studio created a proof of concept (POC). The team presented the POC to our internal team and then built our platform, using Figma for design.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Spaceberry Studio finished our project with satisfactory results. The team delivered a user-friendly platform and met my expectations. We launched the platform with our internal users and received positive feedback. My team was satisfied because we could now manage our work in one platform, and the team delivered a tool we didn't have before. Our processes were easier, and this allowed our company to grow. 

Spaceberry Studio helped us understand our internal audience and shared best practices for managing talent. I loved this project because I was involved in deep study and creativity.

Spaceberry Studio delivered work on time. I found this team very available on the contractor side. We communicated via Zoom, Google Meet, and Messenger. I loved collaborating on Figma because it enabled my team to see Spaceberry Studio's process in real time. I could comment, ask questions, and see the team's progress on the platform. For this project, we needed not to exceed our budget, and Spaceberry Studio achieved that.

I was impressed by Spaceberry Studio's processes and design skills. The most important thing is to complete the project's goals, and Spaceberry Studio achieved that. The team was professional in their execution. I was also impressed by Spaceberry Studio's UI/UX design skills. I want to highlight their focus on delivering products with the best functionalities.

I can't think of anything for Spaceberry Studio to improve. I hope the company keeps growing and maintains their good work.

My main advice for customers is to be involved in the process of their project; that's the only way to ensure you're satisfied with the outcome. When you're not involved, it doesn't matter if your service provider is good or bad.

All this process is grounded in marketing analysis, in-depth competitive and user research involving interviews with the target audience, and the establishment of a robust brand platform. This platform included logotypes and friendly character sketches, and well-defined tone-of-voice concepts. 

They didn't just stop at the surface – Spaceberry developed detailed UX prototypes and refined UI design. Their approach prioritized clarity, stripping away unnecessary elements to create interfaces that are free from distractions focusing only on essential features. 

Additionally, they skillfully brought our brand character to life through engaging animations, enhancing the overall user experience. They also gave us guidelines and components to streamline platform updates and facilitate navigation for developers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With Obmify, users enjoy a three-click exchange process, a calculator for precise sums, sorting exchanges based on limits, and mobile-friendly convenience. This is something our competitors don’t offer. Thanks to flexible graphic design and a well-tuned tone of voice, the brand is gaining recognition daily on social media, harmoniously complementing other marketing activities to increase visibility and traffic.

Spaceberry demonstrated an extraordinary ability to manage their time effectively. We were able to plan our own schedules and dependencies with confidence, knowing that Spaceberry would deliver as promised. We needed support with the creation of UI and UX design for a live streaming platform that will be deployed across mobile and web. We had some reference designs and some initial user testing and feedback that we supplied - and we asked Spaceberry to create a mindmap of the user flows, wireframe the UI, help us with the UX strategy and then design the final screens. 

Lastly, in collaboration with our product and development team, we refined the designs and made them ready for our development team to get started. Throughout the process, we had regular check ins with the team to discuss the progress, plans and any problems. Key Deliverables were - product mindmap, UI/UX strategy, UI/UX design, ongoing support, working with our product team.

• A fully realised set of designs for the web and mobile versions of our product. A great relationship with the Spaceberry team, that will see them continue to support us as we continue to build.

Spaceberry Studio's project management is excellent. We set up weekly calls to discuss the project, deliverables and any questions they had. We also created a Slack channel, which included their whole team, as well as our product/dev team. This allowed for quick communication. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they grasped the product and the idea - so the designs started being created, iterated and finalised really quickly. They responded promptly to feedback and requests, and on many occasions were the ones prompting me to get work done!

Our goal was a complete rebranding and an improved user experience on our B2B and B2C customer platforms. The platforms are primarily mobile applications with some functionality built as a web application and we are more than pleased with the result. After presenting our current applications, we went through our list of goals and created several milestones to achieve them.

The inputs from the UX/UI guys were really great and the design decisions were justified in a comprehensible manner. We were also satisfied with the communication and the step-by-step approach to the rebranding. We started with various sketches to see where we could go and made adjustments to get to the final design.

Most of the time we were in contact with the product manager. If there was a specific question about a design decision, bringing a team member into the meeting was no problem. The explanations were always to the point.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results exceeded our expectations. We are now able to market our company as a modern yet people-centric brand, which is exactly what we wanted to achieve. All designs from logo to user interface are fully accessible on all screen sizes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was easy and took place on many channels from email to Slack to WhatsApp. Therefore, it was never a problem to set up a quick phone call and discuss ideas or get answers to our questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was great to see that people care about our company as much as we do. All decisions were made according to our goals and corporate values. We also appreciated the ideas the team came up with on topics we had not thought of before. All in all, the easy communication and active thinking was a very good experience.

From our side there is no specific area that needs improvement and we can hardly imagine anyone finding a bad area.

Our aim was to reduce our bounce rate by improving both the UX and UI of the website, taking into account existing customers' needs that were already being addressed and not interrupting those after a revamp.

I personally interviewed and tested over 110 designers with great portfolios through Behance. SpaceBerry was one of those and after full design tests, SpaceBerry single-handedly blew away all the competition they came up against by their sheer ability for UX/UI, compassion for users and clear knowledge of what readers want without compromising on quality or timelines.

The talented team at SpaceBerry took genuine interest in each stage of the customers' current and ideal journey then helped to optimise that with elegant yet simple solutions. Inside the first weeks we had full on designs to look at and revise. I supplied constant iterations based on my own team's feedback to experiment with and explore different directions, to which their designer Bogdan absolutely nailed 100% of the time with a professional and supportive attitude.

We worked predominantly mainly with their project coordinators Valerie and Mila at the beginning to secure the contracts and project needs, after which we met Bogdan - a hard-working and knowledgable designer like no other I've met before.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to Mila and Valerie's efficiency in communication and the aforementioned Bogdan who's skills are from another planet which we've had the gratitude of borrowing to increase customer traffic as a direct result of his contribution. There is simply no other agency or freelancer that we go to now besides the talented team at SpaceBerry and while the project was wrapped efficiently, we've requested to leave the channel open to have access to their team in the future.

While my team communicated with SpaceBerry through myself via consolidated notes, communication has always been consistent, professional and responsive. Above all the workflow using Figma has been helpful to the project, never draining nor with any friction to the success of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They truly do save time and money while adding value to a website. SpaceBerry create those elusive win-win scenarios we don't get with other agencies which is why we simply won't go to another agency any more. Of the dozens of studios I've worked with since our inception, SpaceBerry has been the only one that we've specially requested an open contract with after the end of a project because they really are that good and we will bring them in for every single future project for as long as they'll continue to take our business.
