We are the best online optical store in Ukraine. We sell lenses, glasses, frames and accessories for easy use and safe storage of products.

We needed sales growth. We looked to a subcontractor who can manage all our PPC and Branding campaigns.

We made marker research and chose some top-ranked digital agencies. We sent them requests and talked to the agencies. We received an offer that included not only an advertising forecast, but also an analysis of our web analytics tools and metrics. We were pleasantly surprised and signed the agreement.

Since January 2017, we have conducted dozens of advertising campaigns for different types of tasks: - online sales - offline sales - increase brand averness We used different types of advertising campaigns in Google Ads:

• Local campaigns

We also regularly used advertising on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have good growth results year-to-year. Our KPIs: transactions, customer acquisition cost, ROMI, ROAS. UAMASTER tests different types of campaigns and audiences to get the best results. We are satisfied with the results and continue to cooperate.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our daily communication is via chat, and we also make calls. We set tasks for the agency. They calculate the budget forecast and the results of the campaign in the media plan. We approve it. Then the agency launches advertising campaigns, do control and optimization. We receive regular detailed reports.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our advertising campaigns are very dynamic. We have monthly plans, but within the month we can make changes and adjustments: to launch an additional promotion, etc. The agency responds to our tasks very flexibly. They are always in touch and respond quickly to our comments or new tasks.
