What challenge were you trying to address with W3 Affinity?

When I started here in 2012, we had an outdated web presence and limited marketing strategy. I reached out to John (Business Owner, W3 Affinity) because I’m a one-man marketing department and needed help with development and implementation efforts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

W3 Affinity managed design and development in building a total of four websites, all with different purposes, designs, and functionality. We’ve also done an extensive amount of PPC strategy with Google Adwords. We developed an e-book and implemented several automated marketing drip campaigns for Jetter’s Northwest as well. Our content is technical and industry-specific, which can sometimes be overwhelming to the average reader. We now deliver our content to the W3 Affinity team, which then adjusts the format and simplifies the language a bit for the average reader. We focused largely on Jetter’s for these projects, due to the fact that 100% of those sales are online.

Overall, they’ve been instrumental in building out a structure for our marketing program and are currently carrying a lot of those strategies over to Seattle Pump and Equipment.

When I started with the companies, we were generating about 15-20 qualified leads per month. We’re now generating about 85 per month. Our clientele has consistent and exponentially grown year-over-year. Revenue is up 30% this year.

On our primary site, we’re seeing close to 10,000 unique visitors per month, which is a tremendous improvement from before our partnership with W3 Affinity. Our e-book and automated drip campaigns have been very successful in drawing increased engagement from users.

How did W3 Affinity perform from a project management standpoint?

We work with a task management system that keeps everyone on track. John uses a variety of tools including Google Drive, Dropbox, and others to keep the project on track. He’s been incredibly organized throughout the process. We have a marketing meeting once a month to regroup and check progress on ongoing campaigns and projects.
