We held an initial meeting to understand the scope of the project, the business segment, and the layout issues that needed to be resolved for the new website.
The company first presented a layout that was not approved in the initial review, but later we agreed on a suitable theme that aligned well with our original proposal.
In subsequent meetings, we addressed standard adjustments and discussed solutions to specific issues until the project was completed and published online.

I had several issues with the previous website that were resolved with the new design. In addition, some sections became clearer and more objective for my audience.

There was some delay at the beginning due to the change of theme, which was not approved initially, along with other necessary adjustments. I believe this is part of the natural process of creating a web project.
Everything I requested was either resolved or at least adjusted so we could align and move forward with the development successfully.

What impressed me the most was the engagement of one of the team members, who helped me a lot in solving several issues.

What impressed me most about WebOption — and especially Daniel Paz’s work — was their ability to combine creative sensitivity with high-level strategic thinking. Very few professionals can deeply understand a business, capture its essence, and turn that into a digital solution that’s both visually powerful and performance-driven.

They don’t work on autopilot. Every detail in the project had intention, purpose, and alignment with my positioning and conversion goals. It didn’t feel like I was just hiring someone to “build a website” — it felt like having a true brand partner by my side, someone who cared about the final result as much as I did.

That rare mix of vision, technical delivery, and genuine commitment to excellence is what, without a doubt, makes WebOption stand out in the market.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebOption could have done differently?

Overall, the work was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. But if I had to point out one area for improvement, I’d suggest implementing a more structured documentation process throughout the project — especially for projects involving multiple layers like SEO, branding, and development.

It was never a real issue, since Daniel maintained very clear and open communication at all times. But having a visual tracker (like a shared dashboard or checklist) could enhance visibility and give the client more predictability on project status.

That said, the delivery was exceptional — and this suggestion is more of a constructive idea to elevate an already high standard.
