The development of our Web3-based loyalty management system focused on the tokenization of loyalty points and user interface integration:

• Loyalty Point Tokenization: We implemented a token economy with various types, dynamic issuance, and redemption mechanisms (burn/mint functions), supported by smart contracts for secure management. 
• Integration into User Platforms: We integrated token functionalities across all interfaces, including mobile apps and web portals, to enhance user access and engagement. 
• Development of Decentralized Applications (DApps): Using advanced Web3 frameworks, we developed responsive decentralized applications that ensure seamless user interaction.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Collecting requirements for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) efficiently took a rather short term as Whatdahack?! leverages advanced AI tools to streamline and enhance the reprocess. 
• Shorter time to market, the efficiency brought by no-code tools and AI, highlighting rapid prototyping and faster iteration cycles. 
• Fewer bugs due to pre-tested components and automated error checks, and quicker fix times due to easier adjustability of the platform.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

As I understood they applied Agile Scrum proejct management methodology. I'm not an expert in this topic, but I can say this approach allowed my deep involvement in the process being met with quick and insightful feedback from their team on all requests. It maintained a robust and sustainable pace throughout the project lifecycle of the development.
