We asked Zenko to design and build a website for us. We started nearly from scratch. We had our colors, our logo and some design ideas, but there was lots of back and forth with their designers to build something really usable. After design was complete, Zenko developers quickly translated the design into a beautiful, user friendly (and mobile friendly) website for us.

At the end of the project, we have a beautiful, functional website for our business.

They were very responsive at all times during the project and met deadlines well. The designers, primarly Dima, were also responsive and patient since we had no prior training with web design or development before this project.

The responsiveness and value offered for the cost. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something zenko space could have done differently?

We noticed an error after development concluded, but we're told we'd be charged the monthly rate to fix it. If it was a change we wanted made, I could understand charging us, but to fix an error - that doesn't seem fair.
