After signing off on the costs and project plan I was contacted by Shelby who was a pleasure to work with nothing was too much trouble and she was always happy to help and quick to respond back to me with an answer to my question. The project was delayed by 3 months but that was due to The Donkey Sanctuary setting unrealistic deadlines initially. Account management and communication was excellent, felt like a collaboration.
