I’ve also had to make a quick phone call to them a couple of times before, and they’ve answered pretty much right away. Luckily, Funnel Boost doesn’t use that kind of approach; they do whatever we want within a reasonable amount of time.

They've been going above and beyond, working side by side with our POS coordinator, Lightspeed and another third party, to make our POS system work. They've also been able to help track where our leads are coming from, providing thorough metrics every month that include details of the locations and demographics of phone calls. It's amazing what they can do.
