Juliana was fantastic to work with, and always on top of her work. She was easy to communicate with and receptive to our ideas, but also managed our expectations by explaining which specifications were feasible. She actually explained what she was doing, why it mattered, and what worked best. We worked on SEO with a couple of other companies before her, and none of them explained to us what they were doing, but instead guaranteed ridiculous results. In contrast, Juliana set realistic expectations for what we wanted to accomplish.
