      The workflow was well structured and easy from both sides. During the initial design phase, at our request we did weekly in-person meetings, with follow up emails. New design iterations were sent by email, and phone calls set to discuss that week. They were very flexible in adapting to our communication style and requirements - last minute meetings and changes were never a problem.
