Working with Duck Design has been incredibly smooth and easy! Everything is organised on our own Trello board, and managed by our Account Manager Marina. Whenever we have a new task, I post it to Trello, Marina assigns the task to the person/people with the appropriate skills and together they define the deadline to deliver on the project. They always deliver on time and can I ask for as many edits as I'd like, without any extra cost. I love the way they work because it's super streamlined and efficient. As the founder in a small business, I need my team and suppliers to be as easy to work with as possible and Duck Design offers that, while still delivering good quality work.

They've also been helpful in discussing designs and structures for how the application should be set up. We have a very good working relationship. When there have been quality issues, they were caused by us asking for something being done quickly, knowing the risks involved. They have been good with providing those risky features on time and without breaking everything. There have been some interesting things we've asked them to do, and they always delivered.
