The results were excellent and the apps were designed beautifully, it allowed for faster communication from users to the back office and reduction of many errors caused by handling of paperwork. Communication tools was mainly Slack and Email, and we used trello for simple tracking of sprint to sprint. Communication was near daily. Design, attention to detail, and the desire to make the customer happy whatever the cost.
