We had some tricky circumstances but the MediaForce team never batted an eye, just listened to understand the issue and then moved quickly to solution and implementation. They were very collaborative, open to questions, pleasant to work with, and results-focused. How well they listened and collaborated. We would literally work through an issue together on a phone call, with the dev team iterating in real-time as we went. I don't think I've ever had the same visibility into a team's inner workings before, and never had that same level of collaboration.
