The number of phone calls and new enquiry requests saw a huge increase, to the point where I nearly considered stopping it as we didn't have the staff to cope with the demand so we employed another person to help us keep our repose time and quality. Their friendly approach was really impressive as it is quite daunting starting something like this when you have no prior knowledge. They take the time to explain the process to me and show evidence of what they're talking about. The coffee guy even remembers how I like my drink and makes it for me as soon as he sees me (the little things). oh and of course the results as our business had a huge increase.
