However, the main person we were working with quickly adopted our processes and we were able to continue directly with him, and only needed a brief follow up from the manager on occasion. The deliveries were timely and what was most useful is that this person became almost a team member that was simply delivering on their responsibilities. We are grateful with their work and also how they flexibly responded to the dynamic needs from our company.
