The key element with them was that they set a budget and a target for the timeline, and they delivered on it. I’ve worked with a lot of other development shops, and they flip dates constantly or don’t deliver on time. Really, they’re not as efficient as these guys. On the other hand, CemtrexLabs kept us on track and made sure we hit our deadlines. They were really professional.

We had a shared Jira board where TheAppLabb would collaborate on which user stories would be prioritized for each sprint, and at the end of each sprint there was a clear set of features delivered that were then turned over for our quality assurance and user acceptance testing. We always had a very clear view into the progress the mobile app development team was making, and there were regular touchpoints every week for key stakeholders from both Empire and TheAppLabb to ensure continuous alignment throughout the development phase. During UAT, there was even more interaction both on virtual meetings and on messaging apps as the teams collaborated very closely to deal with issues that cropped up during the final UAT cycles.
