Key security measures such as MFA and endpoint protection (EDR) were implemented almost immediately. The transition was seamless and non-interruptive, with no disruption to daily operations.

Core systems — including Microsoft 365, user access, devices, and network security — were stabilized within days. Key security measures such as MFA and endpoint protection (EDR) were implemented almost immediately. The transition was seamless and non-interruptive, with no disruption to daily operations.

Hani is very responsive and hands-on. When we have issues with the backup, I’m able to reach out to him for some tech support. I can email him a question and get a reply within an hour. What I love about working with him is that he is very smart and technical; he's not your typical IT guy. Hani is great at coming up with a plan, executing it, dealing with unexpected issues, and following through to make sure that everything works the way it should. Even though I’m more inclined to design, he has never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. He just has great customer service, is very helpful, and wants to solve all our problems. It's nice to have somebody like that who can reassure us and knows what they're talking about without just selling us their services.
