Since putting in the new software, the drivers are so excited. The UI is simpler, the system is quicker, and it works every time. We all know how frustrating it is for our drivers when they need to complete the work but can’t because the computer won’t work. The reporting has been far superior as well. The way we generate reports and receive information from the trucks has improved drastically. The managers who have to collect and report that data to the customer are excited about it too.

They assigned a manager who clearly established goals and weekly or bi-weekly sometimes as needed meetings to get ahead of issues and create a streamlined process. Once they delivered the application, we went through an extensive training and performance testing. This testing allowed me to use my team to interact with the application and as we noticed user challenges Calibrate responded and quickly created fixes that were unanticipated. They were very responsive to our timeline and needs. They were professional and were very invested in our application and the success of our product.
