Old.St Labs’s work was incredibly hard and skillful behind the scenes. They tested and iterated to ensure the prompt provided accurate data and that the process analyzed the entire transcript. Ultimately, the key outcomes that defined our success were the accuracy of the data produced, the quality of the assessments delivered, and the fact that we kept within budget. The standard deviation varied at the start, but through a number of iterations, we managed to get it down to 0.1 or 0.2, which was an amazing achievement based on the budget and time we had to deliver this. They acted as a trusted partner and supported me as a non-technical founder in building a technical product. I was impressed by the speed of their work, adaptability, and openness to the approach. They were solution-focused and always looked for ideal solutions while advising us when a compromise was needed. Old.St Labs built very strong client relationships; I felt like part of an embedded team. They made some of the most complex systems understandable for a non-technical founder. They built very strong trust and delivered reliably and consistently, going above and beyond to ensure the product was the best it could be.
