Cemtrex was willing to work with our schedule. We don’t have work orders given to us days or weeks ahead of time, everything is absolutely last minute. In terms of scheduling, we had a meeting once a week, but they were very flexible about rescheduling. We’re not very tech-savvy, but they worked to talk us through exactly what was going on in a language we could understand. Everything went swimmingly. They gave us every tool to communicate with them and were always available to us.
