They were highly responsive to my WhatsApp messages. Since the website was complex, there was a lot of back and forth in feedback to get every detail just right. Total project time took around 2.5 months.

Their design skills were incredible. They created a website design that was far beyond anything I could come up with. When I gave them feedback on the initial proposed design, they overhauled the whole thing to make it look exactly on brand.

When they would tell me a page's development was complete, I would find several issues on mobile mode and that did not fit the Figma design. I would suggest to have Figma designs ready for both mobile & desktop next time to get all the details right, and then to make sure the developer is creating something exactly like the Figma design without missing details.

Then, we proceed to the project planning stage, whereby we fixed the budget, the timeline is set, and the website scope of work is defined. Within specified timelines all the planned steps were initiated and the quality testing before release.

We communicate almost on a daily basis via Upwork messaging. Sometimes for more complex issues, we hold discussions over Google or Zoom meet.

Sometimes they go above and beyond the job scope, e.g. uploading more content than what was initially agreed. For tighter deadlines, the Controlf5 teams sometimes work beyond office hours to complete the deliverables.

When we first engaged Controlf5, we mainly communicate via Upwork messaging which is something uncommon for us. Now we have gotten use to it.
