MyOutDesk has finished the underwritings, which have been very helpful for our portfolio work when looking at 5+ asset portfolios. Moreover, we’ve been able to evaluate more deals.

MyOutDesk’s project management has been good. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

MyOutDesk’s team is self-sufficient and independent.

We hired a second analyst, and she wasn’t up to speed as much as our first analyst was. She wasn’t as good at Excel.
