What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes from working with ZAAG SYSTEMS were very positive for PoolPoll. With the web application they delivered, we were able to move from a manual validation process to a fully functional platform where projects and audience validations could be launched end-to-end. This significantly reduced operational time and allowed us to run our first real customer demos and early validation studies inside the platform.

Additionally, the speed of iteration and the improvements they suggested helped us accelerate our product readiness. As a result, we were able to present a working product to potential clients much earlier than expected, which translated into higher engagement and stronger commercial traction. We also received very good feedback.

ZAAG SYSTEMS crushed it on a project that was pretty much uncharted territory. My app is a little differen, there wasn't an existing model or competitor to model from. We had to build every workflow from scratch, and they jumped right into that. They listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out how to make it real. Super responsive throughout. Questions got answered fast, updates were regular, and I never felt left in the dark. When stuff came up (and stuff always comes up), they didn't just dump problems in my lap. They laid out options, explained the trade-offs, and we moved forward together. Solid team. Would absolutely work with them again.

We launched a working platform that automates the filter verification process using AI computer vision. We replaced manual follow up with a system that tracks submissions and verification in one place. The process is reducing missed filter changes and preventable HVAC related issues.
