Thanks to Bit by Bit’s efforts, any member of our team can now work remotely with minimal fuss. Even the least tech-savvy person can install VPN software from their laptop and access our infrastructure through the cloud. This shift allowed us to hire an international employee for the first time and get him up to speed within three days—a record onboarding for us. The workflow is excellent. Bit by Bit answers any support ticket we send within a half-hour. They’re highly responsive about the time frame and status of their solution for the issue.

He actually, on more than one occasion, has gone to bat for us with billing and pricing issues. He's gone through the service department to maybe speed them up, or let them know that the issue was more significant than it sounded. Also, if we're just generating a ticket, there's an online process we can use, but for the most part, we have a phone number we call into. I can't think of any. Everything that I've mentioned to them that I'm concerned about, they respond to immediately, whether it's customer service, or maybe a resolution didn't kick in, and we need to work on it more. They've always been very accommodating.

The communication was stress free and readily available as needed either by email, phone or zoom. They expressed a constant desire to ensure we understood the various nuances about this project especially when IT services can be quite technical to understand. This project, which would normally be completed within a month or so, was elongated over a year due to issues only related to our Firm's new office set up, however, despite our circumstances, the CTO (Abu Nahian) was consistent to follow up every few months about on our situation and to let us know ITAdOn IT Solutions will be available when we are ready to complete the final steps for this project.

As I had hoped, Frank was extremely professional, he explained exactly what he was going do to remediate the virus and assured my client that they would be protected going forward based on the recommended software he was installing. He provided updates throughout the process and explained the type of viruses he had found and let them know he took care of them and that their data was safe. Frank and his company are the epitome of the slogan “going the extra mile”.
