      The actual tech staff that answers our questions is extremely professional and approachable. If I ask them something, they’ll take the time to explain it to me and tell me what to do if an issue happens again. Overall, they’re simply amazing — they don’t treat us like fools when our issue turns out to be something ridiculous. They’re with us in every step of everything we do; Entech treats us like we’re their only customer and priority. Everybody is helpful from the person who answers our tickets to Jake (President).

      Tom is reliable, meets his deadlines and stays within budget. I’ve never questioned one of his bills in the entire time we’ve worked together. He’s been nothing but open and honest with our entire company. I’ve never had anyone bill in increments like him. He bills for a tenth of an hour if it only takes six minutes. He’s not only honest with his billing rates, but also with his level of knowledge. It’s difficult for vendors to admit when they’re not familiar with a process. Years ago, when Tom didn’t know much about PHP or Java, he told me so but promised to research them, and he never billed me for that time.

      There was a project manager on their side who kept things on track and delivered updates. We knew exactly where they were, and any red flags that appeared were brought to our attention. Rather than just sending us the problem, Ignitho came up with solutions for getting past it. They almost over-communicated with daily status calls, but this was good since we are a smaller company with limited projects. Ignitho’s communication has been second to none, from what I’ve experienced, better than any supplier I’ve ever worked with.
