      Their speed of work is superior to our native teams’, as is their code turnaround. They communicate well, but they could also better accept our own limitations. Despite the communication challenges I’ve mentioned, BJSS has been quite aggressive in taking ownership of the project. They’ve been open and honest with us as to what they felt comfortable promising and delivering, and they work a lot faster than us.
