We needed an explainer video that showed our whole application process in a clear and engaging way, and we needed a copy of said video in Spanish and one in Portuguese. Our goal was to inform our prospects and make it as simple as possible for them to apply to us.

We searched on-line for companies that provided graphics videos. We chose 30 Second Explainer Videos based on the reviews and the cost estimate.

After a consultation and estimate with 30 Second Explainer Videos, we provided the initial script with all of the information that we needed to include in the video.

They took our script and created the Explainer video in English with the graphics and voice-over. We approved and published the video in English and we thought it was to easy to understand and well put together, so we decided to order two copies, one is Spanish and one in Portuguese. We provided the scripts in Spanish and in Portuguese and they created the two videos, each with its translated text and its own voiceover.

We have found that sending the explainer video to our prospects cuts down on our work-load because they have a much easier time understanding the steps and documentation required.

We had a few consultations and along the way some slight adjustments were made to the scripts. They were very quick to make any requested changes.

We were most impressed by the speed with which they replied to our inquiries, and the speed with which the videos were created and any subsequent requested changes were made. Overall we were very happy with this company and would recommend them.
