They did a good job. I love their work, and it has helped me out. The pulling of the audience was a bit on the larger size once the branding had been done. People love the logo; it’s simple and creative as well as very effective.

They told me to get in touch if I needed any help in the future in terms of transforming or modifying the logo or anything in the backend. Until now, I’ve not found the need.

You should see what kind of questions they ask and to what level they dig deep. Their team will pull out a story before even going forward and designing your logo. Start out by trying to get an understanding of how they work.

Aarts starts with understanding your expectations and then digs deep by asking a lot of questions to understand what you really want out of them. I believe that’s why they came up with a good logo.

They have a uniqueness in the sense that whatever I communicated to them, they would come up with the solution the first time around. There were no alternatives or discussions that happened after that. 

There is no quality gap because they understood my requirements right away. I am very satisfied with the quality because there weren’t any back and forth discussions regarding that.

We mostly communicated over the phone. If I needed to send something, we would communicate through email. They were good at meeting deadlines — in fact, they delivered things to me before the deadlines.

It’s been more than 5 years, and we are doing great. Devee is an established brand in the local market and is gradually expanding pan India. In fact, we often receive a lot of compliments especially for our brand identity and package designs, which is a great testimony to the superb work done in the project.

Very good! The whole team was quite responsive and cooperative. We communicated mostly over the phone, whatsapp, and email. At times, we worked closely with the team at Aarts office location.

Their project management is very smooth. Before creating the brand identity, they gave us different presentations of the logo and other alternative options. The team went through our conceptualization and explored all other options.

We hired Aarts Creative specifically to create a brand identity. We also brought them on to do the rebranding of our packaging, website, and materials that we use for communication to our customers such as brochures, business stationery, and other materials.

There was also development work involved in the collaboration as well, both frontend and backend. Following our discussions, they decided to use PHP.

They redesigned the packaging for us, and our customers were really impressed. They now feel they're buying something from a reputable company and from a healthy brand. Aarts Creative did everything perfectly.

They were on time — they estimated it would take four weeks, and it did. Cost-wise, I think it is on par with the competition. The quality of what they supplied us with is more than what they are charging.

They were very good. They were using a tool for project management, but it didn't involve our side. They did a live presentation, and after that, we had phone calls and video calls through Google Meet.
