In 2020 we were still using a simple, outdated website with a long list of parts from our catalogue through Thomas, and we were allocating thousands of dollars monthly to Google's "pay-per-click" advertising model. 
Our mission was to convert our online presence into a streamlined new website built on a platform that would allow us to switch to a Search Engine Optimization strategy to organically show up on multiple search engine queries rather than pay-per-click advertising on a single search engine. 
Building the website on a platform like Shopify was an important requirement because it allowed us to drive another key growth initiative, online sales through our website direct to consumer. Additionally, it would influence a separate but connected critical initiative, migrating to a new ERP system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our work and our successes are ongoing. Our first major success was simply launching our new site on the Shopify platform. This allowed for a much more mobile friendly user experience, and set us up for SEO. Additionally, it moved us forward to our next phase of strategic growth, e-commerce. It also opened the door for us to begin a separate but related initiative, implementing a new ERP system.

Advan Creative has been incredible to work with on this series of projects. They took the time to understand our business and our objectives, helped us to develop and implement a plan focused on maximizing our budget and maximizing our gains from the work, and have remained engaged in, and committed to, our success throughout the process.
